Chapter 4 - Changes
My body stiffened, I started trembling, I couldn’t breathe. I fell to the floor on all fours, a loud thump was going through my head. I tried grabbing a hold of my head to stop the thumping. What the hell is happening to me?! A cold chill rushed through my body and rapidly burned throughout my veins. I could feel a gross feeling of my body changing, something growing. I stretched out my right arm and I could feel a lump going from my arms to the tips of my fingers, they sharpened, I could feel the claws. The feeling of worms started crawling throughout my body, under my skin. I could hear my heavy breathing turning into a deep grunt as my legs started changing. Two of my vampire teeth started growing dramatically out of my mouth and I could feel the fangs, teeth, sharpening, cutting my gums. My body grew the brown fur all over my body like a bon fire. I opened my eyes and my vision burned red, spreading like blood dripping into water. Everything stopped burning and everything seemed to calm down.
I opened my eyes and realized my alarm went off. I quickly sat up, drenched in sweat and having some drool coming out of my mouth. I quickly wiped off the drool and the sweat and suddenly pain started shooting into the right side of my cheek. “Crap…” I quickly clasped my cheek and I looked into my left hand, there was blood. What the hell… How the hell did I get blood. C4 popped out of no where and asked, “Morning Tammy, would you like a med-kit?” “C4, what happened?” “Well, I would check the video myself as you asked me to record. Would you like a med-kit.” “Yes please.” As I got my wound on my cheek treated, I watched the recording. I watched myself as I transformed, mutated and ravaged through the cities, breaking into banks and such. One officer at the scene managed to shoot me and grazed my cheek. Jolts suddenly shocked my head slowly and then faster and faster. My head started throbbing and I realized the memories of last night started recalling into my head. It was all clear now. I remember every movement I made ever since I left the house. Amazing… I suddenly was granted with such amazing powers. I can feel its strength, a sudden pulse shook me. I quickly turned to my desk where the book laid. The book pulsed again. I rushed to the book and opened it, there was a new chapter… The letters and writing burned onto the book and read, “Welcome back Ninja Squirrel.”
