Your anatomy is TONS better, I'm very proud of you. It's a very cute picture, I'm sure the person you drew it for is very happy. My boyfriend often does that to me. The only thing that I see that could be better is the cleanup of the smudges around the characters. You missed a few spots, but it's nothing that the eraser tool can't fix. :3
