So, I was just practicing with shading and stuff, so I didn't really edit it at all, and the colors are random because I've never seen whatever show this from. I used the dodge and burn tools, some smudging, alot of blurring. I like her hair, and eye, but her skin looks blotchy to me. If anyone has any advice or anything I'm more than willing to listen.

You don't want to use a lot of smuding and blurring, use a soft brush. I use to over do the blending a lot and you could never really see it in the end.
