A Vampire

A contest piece I made for another site a few months ago. Seems appropriate for halloween.

I wanted to show several things. The first that, yes, she's a vampire. The second is that she's fairly young in both chronological age and being a vampire. She's just into her teens, coming to grips with her own sexuality. She doesn't realize it yet, but she will miss out on most of her childhood, and that will leave her very bitter when she gets older. For now, she's having the time of her life with no parents to tell her to go to bed early, no school, and boys seem to like her new pale look; she seems to have developed this nasty reaction to sunlight though... the doll represents the innocence that she is instinctively holding on to.

I wanted to give her canines, but, really, making this model open its mouth is like pulling teeth (or something).
