The way you come up with ideas is similar to mine.
Only, my ideas are usually inspired by whatever's going on at the moment. Like, if I'm listening to catchy music, I'll want to draw Infy dancing. If I'm eating soup, I'll want to draw her in a giant bowl of soup as if it were a hot tub.
Also, you people and your laaaayyeerrrsss. I could never understand layers unless you were seperating a background from the character. I tend to do my stuff all on one layer. ;0;
