I really love the way you did the hands!! Especially the hand closest to the view. ^__^ I also love how you use a mix of different colors for your shading! I do that whenever I color (or try to..) because to me, it stands out more.

I'd suggest a lasso tool and use FILL, but I don't know what you're running for art programs. its hard to say. I'd also use a smudge tool at 70-80 strength. looks cool though ^^
