The Joy and Sorrow Box
Here’s a great idea if you can make origami boxes that’s great but if you can’t that’s fine too. You need two boxes. Label one the “Joy Box” and one the “Sorrow Box.” Cut up some paper into squares and place them inside each box. When you have a happy moment remember to write it down one of the cards and place it in the “Joy Box” so that when you are feeling sad you can do the same thing with the “Sorrow Box” and then to cheer you up you go and read back through the memories in the “Joy Box” and remind you of all the happy times you have had. I hope that The Joy Box and The Sorrow Box will help you deal with any unwanted or bad memories that you have. Remember that sorrow should never be bottled up inside.
