Oversized Hat Man

Waiting with anticipation for the Rugby World Cup Final to start on telly, I just felt like drawing. Thus, I created a brand new character. I don't know what his real name is, and I don't care either, but all I know is that he's called Oversized Hat Man. He also seems a bit like a stoner, too. Oh well

I spent way too long on the shading/smudging, but I think the overall effect was worth it.
