NEON IS THE BEST INFLUENCE EVER.
Whoa I actually put effort into this.
Anyway this is Neon and his baby brother Marcus.
Marcus looks up to Neon a lot so he acts a lot like him. Neon's such a horrible influence, lmfao. But Neon LOVES HIS FAMILY A LOT and Marcus is like "MY BROTHER IS THE COOLEST ;__;" So yah.
He has a mohawk too, but it's down, because I didn't want them to look exactly the same.
