As I was randomly sitting in this chair in my living room and surfing through the pictures on my digital Camera, I looked up to think for a moment on something and, as I did so, my eyes caught sight of the mantel straight across from me. Now, I said to myself, “Wow…that would make a great picture.” Unbeknownst to me, I had left the settings in black and white from a previous project I was doing. So…the ending result is what is above.

I don’t know if it is very good because I can’t judge my own art worth crap but…I guess it kind of turned out alright.

The basic theme of this picture is, as stated, black and white but I automatically thought of the olden days after putting it on my computer and thoroughly looking at the larger version. Why? I guess it was the main effect of the Bible in the center of it but, that was my view. Then, I scanned over the phone and the pictures sitting on it and…realized that I liked it quite a bit. So, that was my insane attempt at photography.

( Not that the Black and White had anything to do with it or anything...*Sarcasm. )

Hope ya’ll like it!
