Tis ish my new ANIMAL!!

LAPETIA

My new animal is named Lapetia (La-Pe-Tia), they are very similar and looks like a wolf or fox, but it has spots of a leopard and has the bald eagle's wings attached to it delicately, that lives on our island, Bonita Tiara, in the temperate forest part of the island, it is a secondary consumer, and it's a carnivore (A thing that eats meat ONLY).

Physical Adaptations

- It has dark spots of a snow leopard that helps it camouflage when hunting their preys or hiding away from a few of there predators.
- The bald eagle's beautiful wing is also spotted around the animal's back, which help them fly to catch flying animals like birds or to run away faster from the predators or from a disaster.
- A wonderful structure and sense of keen canines, wolves and foxes. They have the great eye sight of the fox, and the excellent strength of the powerful wolf.

Behavioral Adaptations

- Since mostly the humans attack or kill lapetias for their fur, meat or anything that are located around the body, that is whenever a two-legged approach them, they can have the rights to attack you or growl at you to scare you away.
- When the mating season is here (During May-July) if the males would want to attract a mate, usually they have to perform some air (Flying) techniques that'll attract a female to come and choose them as a mate. If the females are the one that wants a mate, they can sing or dance until the mate comes.
- If the male lapetias are competing for a territory or pack, or if the females are competing for a higher rank in the pack. When a male is fighting against the leader of a pack, they have no rights to attack first or else they'll be prohibited from the terra and from the pack.
