Demon Project R.N.D.M 99

Here is my latest Evil experiment ^^ This one is designed to mute areas around him using the Speakers in his hands. Without sound or noise, chaos will ensue. Quite evil, yes? I designed him to look like a Mime for 2 reasons. 1, Mimes are represented as Mute creatures, and 2, they are Evil I like it, though when I am not using him to Mute places with the speakers on his hands, he just preforms Pantomime...kinda fun to watch sometimes...
