I said I was gonna give it a while before I started making any edits etc but I was bored and needed a break from making templates so I decided to make a revamp of Millennia/Starla in her regular outfit, I‘m still working on her fairy form and her Enchantix. All I’ve done is changed her hair colour really, I was going to change the hair style but I like it the way it is. I’m considering a name change….
