Ride A White Swan

This is T.Rex frontman Marc Bolan doing something from one of his most legendary songs.

This is a surprise Christmas present for my mother. I do hope she will like it. She loved T.Rex when she was younger. (I feel honoured to have "corkscrew hair" like Bolan, too!) Took about 5 hours. Various pencil grades on paper.
My inspiration to create this piece came from what my mum was telling me about Bolan's funeral. Apparently, a huge white swan was made for the funeral procession. So sad and touching.
Bolan died in a car crash.
God bless his soul.
