I see my hands
Covered in blood
Gripping around the neck
To someone, I don't even know
What's going on?
Before I wasn't doing anything at all
Rewinding,
Taking a few step back now
Retracing my crumbs I left behind me
Something had to start it all
How else did I get here?
Why do I shake?
Is it because I fear
What's left inside the gates
Of my mind?
As I see me walking down this alley
What persuaded me to do it?
I see the red blotches stain the cheeks of my face
Where did they come from?
What started this chase?
I remember going home
But afterwards, everything was gone
From my memory
Someone please tell me,
Where is everybody?
Rewinding,
Taking a few step back now
Retracing my crumbs I left behind me
Something had to start it all
How else did I get here?
Why do I shake?
Is it because I fear
What's left inside the gates
Of my mind?
Now I see me leaving home
Right through the front door
I don't understand?
Did I not want it anymore?
Suddenly, I'm inside, sitting on the floor
My brother's body lying on me
His life slipping through the walls of our asylum
Before me are all the corpses of my family
Their bodies all dead and done with
"Who did this? Father and Mother
Sister and brother," As I blow my last kiss
"I won't run away, I'll find them,
I promise"

I back away, into the silence of the hallway
And now laying upon the ground
As if I've been there for days
My figure all beaten and bruised
I'm raised to my feet
As fast as I was put to sleep
Three of them I see
Dangling over me
Kicking and smashing
Their fist plowing into my body
I'm helpless; can't do anything
The three backed away
I start to take a walk backwards
To before I opened the door into hell that day
Returning to the car that left me by the sidewalk
Before I cried "good bye, dear friend"
That day when my life would end

Taking a few step back now
Retracing my crumbs I left behind me

I entered my home
Three men held me against the wall
Keeping me from my dieing family
When they finished, they let me fall
Leaving me to see what they left behind
Mind blacked out for an hour or two
Then I came to, holding my brother in my hands
I knew what I had to do; these people would pay
Now with blood on me, I can't believe what came to be
Now these people are dead
Breathing heavily, our fates were set as so was mine
A quivering grip placed the pistol to my head
A moment of quiet and stillness of the divine
That day, right before my life would end
