This is Halloween ripfang's character--> <-- i drew him cuz i said on my old account, graffiti101, that i would and i FINALLY came through. I think it cam out okay. I did the lineart on an oekaki and i colored it on MS Paint so i could put more color detail in easier. i didnt know what to draw in the background so i just put in a picture of outerspace that i found on my comp.
