i got this idea off of psy's TMS and comedian skills from Wil (two best artist alive) and amy with act similar to Ame (Fireball20xl) so enjoy this new series

It's... a start. I'm guessing that those speech bubbles are program presets? Yeah, don't use those. Make your own. And the text needs work. Go to Blambot.com or DaFont.com and download yourself a decent comic dialogue font- Comic Sans is really generic and can instantly make any comic seem amateur. If colored text is a route you want to travel, this isn't the way you want to do it. Knuckles' and Tails' text in particular is kind of obnoxious to read due to the contrasting bright and dark colors. Keep playing around with it until you get something more aesthetically pleasing.
You could still keep them inside that location if you got rid of the pedestal. There are plenty of Chaos Emerald sprites out there to use, and then you can just drop that on the floor, and put Tails level with that. Because the way it is now, Knuckles is threatening Tails... but not looking at him at all. The sprite you're using could also be used as a jump, and then it becomes even more versatile.
The sprites need to be bigger, particularly in the panels where it's just talking with no action, in order to hold people's attention, look into doing that. I'm mostly looking at panels one and two on that. In panel three, is Sonic supposed to be crying? I only just noticed that because I'm analyzing it, try using some perspective to have Sonic running towards the camera. That means his sprite would be larger and we'd be able to see his face better.
As for the last panel, I like the joke, but it's placement makes no sense. Why is the Master Emerald pedestal inside this compound? Also, it feels totally disparate from the first three panels because 1-3 were all about Sonic and Shadow, and now all of a sudden, here's Knuckles and Tails. Sonic was running away in panel three, why not have him running past Knuckles and Tails? That incorporates the ideas together. But then it goes back to why is the Master Emerald pedestal inside this compound? It either calls for a narrator "Elsewhere..." box with an exterior background, or Sonic or Shadow in the frame.
I keep going back to the Master Emerald, I don't know why it bothers me so much...
So yeah, it's a decent start, you're just not quite there yet. Read some tutorials and see what you make of them, that's usually a good way to get going.
