A unit of alien Tau Fire Warriors. Fire Warriors excel at ranged combat, their guns shredding enemy units with every volley. Their drawback is close quarters fighting. If any Tau unit is assaulted, expect it to lose. But the Tau are also very mobile, and exceptionally good at protecting their flanks. A good commander can run circles around his enemy, destroying parts of his force with pinpoint strikes.
I'm sure more than a few of you have played Half Life 2, and if you have, you may recognize these guys as being painted to resemble Combine Elite. :3

Haha, thats nice. I converted a IG Storm trooper squad to look like Combine elites. Got the single eye and everything.

The Tau definatley are pretty bad at close combat... A group of us proved this when I sent about 4 Scarab Swarms into a squad of about 10 Firewarriors...
I came out with 2 Swarms still intact.
Another perfectly painted squad, love the colours!

Tua are still awesome and I always thought they looked best with white on 'em.
