The description for his character:

Cindy Oh is one of the youngest serial killers in US history. By the time she was 16 she had seduced, tortured, and murdered over thirty men, all in the age range of 25-40. Cindy was raised in an abusive Southern household, where her alcoholic father beat her and her four older brothers sexually abused her from an early age. Her mother disappeared mysteriously when she was eight. When she was fourteen, Cindy quietly snapped and bludgeoned her father to death with a meat tenderizer before taking similar steps with her brothers. She buried the bodies out in the fields of the family farm. Afterwards, liberated both physically and sexually, Cindy turned her rage on all the local perverts.

Her outward demeanor is playful and child-like and, despite her actions, she doesn't seem to have a spiteful bone in her body and rarely becomes angry. As a result of her immature and damaged mind, she doesn't seem to completely understand the seriousness of her actions. Her Southern twang and cloths give the illusion of white trash, but Cindy is actually very intelligent and resourceful, often designing her own cloths and tools from scratch.
