I felt like I was neglecting this account (not to mention the ecchi wallpaper urge) so we have here a mermaid wallpaper. I've found its very difficult not only to find quality scans or images that are within the ToS but also something that has its source posted with it. I really try to make sure I know who the original artist is when I use images for wallpapers but unfortunately this one was also part of a render pack on AnimeRender.com provided by the user Chisr (according to the icon on the render...its hard to read).
If you recognize the girl, let me know. She looks like someone from Magic Users Club, at least the artwork is the same style but I couldn't find her.

Actualy when I first looked at this I realized her face is almost an exact copy of Usagi's from Sailormoon
maybe the series is created by the same artist..and same anime studio? > >' No clue ^^' but awesome wallpaper nontheless, the scan is beautiful, wherever it comes from (actually if you ever do find out where its from I'd like to know
