I disagree! Your blending technique is great, the sparkles on her clothing are beautiful. The only thing I would say that is a little off is her anatomy. But you have carried this out so well, it's a wonderful portrayal of an ice queen.
Hmm...the lips could be a bit wider (a little more past where the eyes are), and the chest a bit higher, but other than that, very nice. The only thing I'd really watch out for is using too many shines- that can drag away from the person and distract the viewer, but other than that, it looks lovely.
I love it! Nice colouring and colours :) however... the metal on her head piece and her hair look very smooth whilst her clothing seems a bit rushed and nopt smooth. Her face also has quite smooth colouring while the rest of her skin looks different... it could be the lines though.. sorry ><
