Sexy trailing game

So yea wanted me to do a rain effect class (like in my vault) and a more sophisticated trailing effect (this is not unlike what's in my vault but it has far more parameters and somewhat a different approach)


So yea....frame delay....position delay....alpha....number of clones

This is for anybody who wants to do fading effects but dont want to do it manually

Edit:Fixed all the bugs so now it's fully operational
