okay heres the story on this one.
I did this on my laptop and the picture wouldn't submit.
b/c its slow and then I tryed putting it on a disc but that didn't work b/c my brother is cheap and the damn disc is off off off brand. so then I put it on photobucket to switch it over to the only high speed comp we have in the house, so i put it in as a jpeg over photobucket and it came over to the high speed at a bitmap so i had to convert to a jpeg agian hint the poor quality.

I'll try and fix the quality tomarrow and find out why my laptop is being a pain.
