Flying Exercises

Three mid-level NSF pilots in their Rapier-class Medium Fighters being trained in advanced navigation, squad movement and atmospheric evasive maneuvering on an unknown planet. Obviously, not a live fire exercise, but nevertheless a tense and hazardous operation due to the speed of the craft involved and their proximity. Wing Commander Dalibor "Streak" Mitchells in his larger Broadsword-class Heavy Fighter oversees the training. In the background, the crew of a civilian cargo transport are treated to an aerial display as the NMC "Aura Bound" Titan-class Heavy Freighter accelerates to escape velocity.
