I don't know who this character is, but I really like the design! The background looks good, and I like how you colored this. He's all looking down for the cliff in his coolness. I like his eyes. The shading and fur looks great
Very nice detail to him.. Houndooms are often hard to characterize well, but you've done a smashing job. Love his horns and the splash of red around his eye.
