Ah, my little Van again. I drew this a week or 2 back while at work. The story behind this picture is that he's currently in a battle, and after summoning up the Wand Staff (via his right bracelet), he starts kicking some major ass - until he sees the Staff only lets him do 1 thing at a time (where as the original wielder of the wand could do multiple things with it), so he uses it to create wings; and creates a canon thing with his left bracelet.
Its very confusing without knowing the BG and ect, but I'm working on this story as we speak; so yay!
