I haven't made an edit of Altair fully yet..and I`m in a drawing rut right now so I was like...EDIT TIME!
anyways this was orginally Sailor Moon from the PGSM Coloring book, but now it's not haha..I hate the bows...they look so flate..I tried over and over to get them looking puffy but I couldnt ><.
I had tons of fun with the hair, which is now super shiney o_O like OMG shiny..and the eyes..Og I love the eyes alot X3.
