Sure isn't a Cherub by the look of it. It's a quicky as many times before. It was drawn on my new sketchblok which i purchased a week ago. I didn't make serious use to it so i decided to make something for it. One thing lead to the other as always and here it is, my Cherub.

The Cherub's closer related to the snail populae rather then the fish which it borrows many qualities from. The specialized barnacle on the backpart of the snails upper body serves as an extra source of food for the snail ,during the times between floods, both connected to each other through artery circiutry. Both meld together in a symbiotic manner at young ages primarily during the mid-season where prey is scarce. By default the spiralled barnacle is a parasite but can grow into the snail if it preys too long. This fact is proved through several observations by indigeous zoologist and herbalists.

Many questions around the barnacle remain. The species has been seen melding to similar prey.
