Anyway.. as for the pic itself..
It's for a Negima 'pactio' card featuring my OC, Javert(The Tsukiyo one.. or he was supposed to be. He ended up being completely different. But he has the same name. . It's confusing, but it makes sense in context. Either way, he's original. Unless the inspector suddenly is a mage. Which would be amusing as hell. [] . He'd have no problems capturing Valjean, if that was the case. .)
ANYWAY.. I'm rather proud of this pic, background and all. Even if it is out of season. . *should be drawing fall leaves, but that would look weird with an ice spell*. Then again, this isn't the first time I've done something like this.. .
I'm particularly fond of the skin coloring, as it's the first time I've blended it properly so that it's not just two colors blurred together. The smudge tool FINALLY works right for me. Or, I have the opacity low enough finally. Whatever the case, I'm happy with this. :)
As to what the title means..
