Dragon in Need of a Name

Alright, My newest character, but there's a bit of a problemo. He don't got a name. So it's up to you, denezins of SheezyArt! Suggest a name for this Anthropromorphic (I didn't know that I knew such a long word Oo) dragon boy. Sorry about it only being a headshot, I'm still working on how to draw bodies (and I do realize that he doesn't have ears, or does he have them hidden under that hair of his?). Also, sorry about the bad quality, I had to use my camera, because my scanner is under repairs.


INFORMATION ABOUT HIM!

Personality: Party animal (literally), bit of a skateboarder (just because he can get high air because of his wings, doesn't mean he's good at it.), and basically mentally insane.

Colors:
Hair- Neon Light Blue
Body- Blackish/Dark Gray
Horns- Pale white
Lip Ring- Gold
Teeth- Pale White with few drops of blood red.
