experimented and tried to do a manga panel.
used 0.5 mech pencil, copics, sharpie, and photoshop cs2 (for gray).

Is the gray too dark? What do you suggest I do to make this illustration better?

Not bad! The wall and background, and the blood seems a bit difficult to do. A few suggestions are to shade in the background as well with the same depth of shadow as on the person, so that the overall feel of the piece is unified. And perhaps some white hatching on the cloak itself, and try to give the cloth a more 'soft' feeling. Otherwise, keep it up!
