Please be constructive, none of this "iunno.... theres something up with the hand" stuff, it doesn't help, I want to know WHAT can be done about it. I realize the hand looks out xD
Oh and if you critique and it is obvious that you haven't read this I reserve the right to unleash hell.

Looks like a fairly quick paint.
As far as the hands go, I'm guessing that's her pinky finger touching her lip;otherwise it looks like a thumb.
Need to close the gap a little bit between the pinky and ring fingers. Also need to soften the lines where shadows meet highlights.
Also need to add some line detail to the pinky finger as you did with the ring finger.
You've got the hair and liquid details worked out great so far.
The blood and running of the mascara looks awesome!
