Worst pun ever
Due to recent events in sabrous, Phil now has a bounty. I wasn't sure on the amount, so, I went of how strong I thought he was, and how they do bounties in One Piece.
...This could've used more work. I wanted to use my sharpie to see what I could do with a marker, and I thought the 'photo' bit should be lighter than the WANTED bit.
