As it says in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Internet, 'Pics, or it didn't happen.' So here is today's attempt.
Things faired much better at the cutting stage this time round, although I underfilled one end of the roll. As a result only five pieces came out. Otherwise, quite tasty overall.
Also, freezing rice turned out to be more effective than I thought.
