This is the award for the feudal association best kissing category. I guess there is not much to say, except that it depicts Inuyasha and Kagome, the two main characters from the anime/manga InuYasha (by Takahashi Rumiko) kissing.

Not a bad job. Kissing scenes are always hard, especially trying to convey the emotion involved. You did good with the emotional part. Shading is also well done. A few pointers that I would suggest: Kagome's eye, since her face is angled away (or with her jaw a bit towards the camera, the arch should follow the direction of the cheekbone, arching up instead of down.
