It was another school day, a rainy day. . . Many of the students readied themselves for class, all converging in and around the campus, all waiting for their day to start. Upon signal, the school bell rings as the minute hand touches the twelve, and before long, students begin to enter the school.

Romana van Meel could be seen standing at the gate, leaning against its cold surface. She inhaled, taking a deep breath as the rain pattered down upon her. She was enjoying the rain, loving the calm effect it had upon her. But she would never show such content on the outside, keeping her feelings and thoughts hidden within.
She was the first to school, allowing herself to watch her fellow classmates pass by, allowing them to continue with their pattern, with their lifestyles, many of them not knowing of the building pressure within the school’s very foundations.

Finally after some time, she pushed herself off the wall, making her way inside. As she walked down the hall, some of the students moved out of her way, others stared, and many whispered beneath hushed breath. She was a powerful person, a figure of importance for the student body. Anyone would give way to someone such as her. But she ignored them as she walked to her classroom, sitting at her designated seat.

She was the first to class again.

Time passes, and it seems like another ordinary school day in Eon High. But unfortunately, that was not the case. Teachers called for silence and students are hushed as a soft-bell chime is rung, signaling the Principal’s time to speak. His words were powerful, and the announcement was truly an important one.

He announced that some of their fellow students had not shown up, and he asked that if anyone would have any information, whatever it may be, to report it to him at once. As the soft bell chime signaled the end of his announcement, the students began to chatter, teachers took control, and the day became ordinary once more.

The next day the rain stopped, and unfortunately, it was not an ordinary day. More students were reported missing, collecting as the days pass. A week later, 12 students are reported missing, each of these students coming from one of the three uniformed groups of the school.

The police had taken up the case upon the 3rd student’s disappearance. The teachers and Principal of EHS were doing all they could. But their combined efforts did nothing. There were no clues, no connections, and most of all . . . no trails to follow. The answer to these disappearances remained hidden despite their best efforts.

The Leaders of the said groups could not tolerate these disappearances, watching their very people disappearing before their very eyes. To see their groups dwindling in size made them worry for the safety of not only the groups, but also the very students themselves. So all three began their own investigation, all hoping to find at least a clue.

Alas, they too found no results.

Soon, the disappearances stopped after that one week. There are still no clues behind these disappearances, no signs or trails to follow. There was absolutely nothing to help with the investigation, and no one was close to finding out what had happened, and where these missing students were.

Rumors turned the groups astray as a whole. Several members of each group began accusing students of other groups, defending their own group from likewise accusations. Such a tactic led to disputes between the groups, almost leading to uprisings and all out feuds between the very population of the school. But as time passed, things cooled down.

So it seemed.

But soon enough, that was all about to change.

Vann was slowly walking down the hall way, minding his own business. He looked like any other ordinary student, strolling down the hall, earphones plugged in, his hands in his pockets. But the music wasn’t on, and he wasn’t simply going to class. His ears were listening, hoping for something.

He found something.

“You see, the police can’t do anything!!” He recognized the voice of the Principal. He sounded frustrated, seeing the police accomplishing nothing.

“Well, we have our hands full from dealing with their distressed parents . . . what do you want from us? A miracle!??!?” The police representative snapped back, reacting to the Principal’s tone.

“NO, but a bit more protection would be nice since we’re expecting a new transfer student. His father is a—”

He was cut off as the representative finally had enough, “Well, that NEW student of yours . . . we don’t care, we have other things to attend to!”

The representative rushed out of the hall, bursting through the twin doors. He didn’t even notice Vann, who had hidden himself behind one of the trophy cabinets. He squint his eye, his mind collecting and processing the information. But instead of sharing it with the other two Leaders, he kept it to himself. Perhaps he hoped to find out what was going on himself, and tried to investigate.

And once more . . . no results.

Three days pass and another student goes missing. The school management’s troubles and the tensions between the groups continue to collect and rise, brimming to the limit. But it would all stop upon the arrival of the transfer student.

It was a rainy morning, many of the students were within the halls of EHS, others rushing in, hoping to not drench themselves within the rain. It was announced that the transfer was to arrive in the morning, and many of the students stood at the windows, all watching, waiting.

As if out of thin air, someone appeared. A single person with long flowing silver hair stepped through the gateway, his crisp white clothing standing out of the dreary surroundings of the rain. It was obvious that he was the transfer student. But the transfer student wasn’t alone.

For by that person’s side was one of the missing students.
There was an immediate response. Students poured out of the building, teachers as well. The missing student was easily overwhelmed by the masses, and was at a loss of words. Questions from both students and teachers went unanswered as the missing student remained silent, shocked, almost scared to even say a word.

The transfer student slipped away in the excitement and chaos, making way to the Principal’s office. The way he went through the halls would make anyone wonder as to how he knew his way. It was as if he had been here before as he walked through the many hallways with practiced ease. He slipped into the office, and timed passed. The official paperwork was completed, and both the Principal and new student made their way to his first class. As they walked down the last hallway, the student thought inwardly to himself, ‘This must be the Class where ‘she’ is in too. Just perfect . . .’

Upon reaching the classroom, the new student walked in and turned to face the class. The still unknown Principal spoke through the closed door, his voice strong and commanding. “Introduce yourself.”

He bowed deeply and politely, and spoke with a calm voice, "My name is Takahashi Ryusei Tatsu. Pleased to meet you all. I hope we will be able to work with each other." Takahashi rose back from his bow, receiving positive feedback from his entrance. However, he wasn’t intending to receive their response. His eyes pinpointed the familiar person in the room. He felt a faint grin appear on his face as they locked eyes. He felt the contact, and knew that she would respond.

Romana wasn’t paying attention at first, but suddenly, her eyes revealed pure shock upon locking her sight of vision with Takahashi’s. She raised a hand, and without being called spoke, “Allow me to show Takahashi around the school sir!” She spoke out unexpectedly, causing many to raise eyebrows and almost jump back at her words. She was not the one to talk out of class, or grab attention. But for her to do this, something was up.

First period had passed and Romana and Takahashi departed for the tour of the campus. Romana left Vann and Weelow behind, knowing that they already suspected her of her actions. Perhaps they assumed that she was going to make him join the Blue Eyes. But upon reaching a place of peace and solitude, Romana took hold of Takahashi by the collar, pushing him hard against the wall. Her ice blue eyes were squinted, and her voice was loud and hard, “What are you doing here? Why are you following me?”

Takahashi showed surprise and confusion at her remarks. He raised up his hands, still suspended against the wall, his clothes already being messed up by her work. “I am not following you . . . My Father opened a new branch of the company here. I am in charge of this one. I was thinking you knew that already . . .”

She didn’t even make way to ask any more questions, or even choose to answer him. Romana broke away from him, distancing herself as far away from Takahashi as possible, and her silence her answer.

Takahashi took some time, but he cleaned himself up, ridding all the wrinkles and damage that Romana might have done to his clothing. He slowly walked back to the classroom, his thoughts on the girl. Before entering the classroom, he whispered out his words, “You haven’t changed at all . . . Not at all . . . Romana . . . my love . . .”

From that momentous event, days passed. But neither spoke to one another or even took a chance to glance in the direction of the other. It was as if they were to remain apart, revealing nothing of the connection they had.

It is the 2nd week since Takahashi’s arrival, and 11 of the 12 missing students are missing. The police came to a conclusion that it wasn’t fate that allowed the 1 found student to appear by Takahashi’s side. However, the Principal denied the obvious fact and dropped the charges. Nothing was done, and it wasn’t expected to be brought up again. Not for now.

The ongoing tension between the groups rises to an all new high as rumors crash forth, a rumor that a 4th group was being created. The leader of this group was supposedly the ‘found’ missing student. However, there were no signs of proof of this ‘fact.’ Fights between the three groups became much more frequent, to a point where the student management itself must step in. However, the rumors of the 4th group’s appearance were slowly taking shape, and rumor slowly became fact.

Another school day ends upon the school bell’s chimes, the same tensions, the same problems. Most of the students began to segregate themselves from one another, only befriending those within their ranks. Others begin to hide their relationships with friends outside of the group. Everything wasn’t the same since the day Takahashi arrived. And thus, some went to take action.

Takahashi was leaving Kendo class with his uniform packed away, his Shinei in hand. Takahashi was taking his time as he walked home, knowing full well he wasn’t going to be picked up by his butler. He wished to explore the school more, to become familiar with its newer parts. However, his exploration was cut short as a voice yelled, “HEY!! VANN COME ON AND TELL US NOW!!!”

Takahashi turned to see a group of students confronting someone, someone he had seen every now and the back at the school. Takahashi took notice that he could become involved, but still walks on.

Vann continued running, hoping to not have to fight. He swore inwardly as he realized how the numbers were against him. Sure, he could fight against a group, but to fight against a group of students TRAINED to fight, now that was another thing. But he swore to himself again. Someone must have seen him there, at the moment where he had picked up the conversation between the Principal and the police. But this thought was cut off as someone grabbed hold of him.

Takahashi was watching from a distance as he saw one of the students grab Vann from behind. Vann reacted upon touch, latching onto the arm that grabbed ahold of him and throwing him over with a simple hip throw. The thrown student landed on the ground, his back arched in pain. But the hip throw takes time to recover from when used, and Vann had no time to escape as another student grabbed him from behind, locking his bandaged arms behind him. “SHIT!” He cursed aloud, trying to break free. He but others from the group confronted him, punching him in the gut, causing him to freeze.

“TELL US VANN!!” One student screamed as he punched Vann hard.

“DAMMIT YA GREEN BASTARD!! TELL US NOW!!” Another punch. Another hit.

Vann grunted at each punch, tensing his muscles upon impact. He gritted his teeth, but was becoming used to the pain, his pain tolerance was still ever so high. He glared at them with his eye, defiant, asking for more. He mouthed out his obvious answer. “Fuck off.” Their torrent of punches and abuse increased as Vann refused to tell.

Takahashi had enough and came forth, purposely walking in their line of sight. One stepped forward and away from Vann as Takahashi came closer. Vann locked his sight on Takahashi, catching his breath with each step the newer transfer student took.

“Mind your own business, if you know what’s good for you No-Place!” One yells at Takahashi. But Takahashi kept walking closer, unfazed by the threat. And soon enough, he was in the circle of abusive students, easily surrounded by them. Vann watched, his eye showing some amusement.

He simply replied in a calm voice, “What if I don’t want to?” Without warning and with expert skill, he brought the shinei down on the student’s face.

The said student fell back, holding his nose. His eyes flashed with anger, and his voice was laced with rage, “You are in deep shit now my friend!”

Unshaken, Takahashi sighed as he takes a swift turn around, aiming the tip of the shinei at his ‘back’ attacker. It stopped the back attacker in his place. Takahashi’s face showed annoyance as he said, “What do you think you are doing here . . . . Huh?” With that, he struck down that student, and the others who followed, showing his unfathomed skills with the shinei.

Vann saw his chance, bending forward and making partial way to roll. The student who held him down flew over him, crashing into one of Takahashi’s attackers. He raised his hands up as another tries to attack him with a wild punch, weaving around the attack and behind the attacker. He bent down and brought a strong roundhouse kick into the attacker’s side, his metal toed shoes showing no mercy as the boy practically flew from the attack. He skid his ‘kicked’ foot on the ground, his gloved hands pushing his body up, left hand grabbing hold of the K.A.K.

The leader of the group was making way to attack Takahashi from behind, but Vann was already behind him as he ‘flipped’ from the ground. He pressed the gun against the back of his head, unlocking the safety. His voice was as cold as ice, changed from the voice he used before. It had no anger, but held power. “I refuse to use my gun on scum like you . . . to use numbers against a single foe. But you tempt me all the more when you use back stabber tactics.” Vann’s sensitive ears took note of the leader’s sharp gasp. “Get moving or I’ll pull something you don’t want me to pull.”

At this, Vann kicked him away flat on the back. The leader growled, but meeped at seeing Vann’s weapon in all of its glory, and Vann’s cold glare. He and his fellow assailants ran off with tails between their legs. Vann shook off his glare, and as he puts the K.A.K. in its holster, he looks up at Takahashi to find him walking off.

“Hey, wait a sec!” Vann ran up to Takahashi, who turned to face Vann.

"Is something the matter?" Takahashi asked, revealing how ‘unimportant that fight was.

Vann was taken back slightly, but didn’t show it. He smirked, shaking his head. “No, but thanks for the save. I didn’t want to use my gun back there . . . I’m already in enough trouble as is.” Vann brought forth a gloved hand, his smirk now a soft smile, “But I owe you one.”

Takahashi allowed a slight grin to spread on his face at this. He took a hold of that gloved hand, firmly shaking it. He looked at Vann, “No need to mention it. Just let me join your group.”

This made Vann’s eye widened slightly, but he smirks. “To think, I’d expect you to be in the Blue Eyes. You do hold phenomenal skills with that shinei of yours,” Vann said, his voice drifting off slightly, “But . . . sure. Just make sure to register your group decision with the Principal, and you’re in.”

Their hands parted, and Vann turned around, going back to the school to conclude his research in his dorm room. Takahashi continued walking forth and out of the gates. Both departed opposite ways, but both would meet again the very next day. In the halls of Eon High.

sologirl romana Says:

fallenangel20xx Says:

Man, I love your storyline for the school. Too bad I already decide to come after all this like the middle of the year..........Hmmmmm mind helping on rain storyline comic, I will be making one soon.

Kuro V Higarashi Says:

Holy fricken! *spazzing*

I love this of course. ;D And I'm glad that you've posted this on the forums as well. I think that it's best to post it onto another forum. Sorta like a . . . STORY forum. It'll help others find it, and we can post the information considering the "evil" character requirements on as well. :3

And you know what, I reckon this would be great if it was made into a manga. The storyline's JUST right for it! And I look forward to your next chapter to edit of course. ;D

Zeenzazada Says:

this is awsome o.o
GO GREEN! >~<

Lilium1 Says:

Yes yes yes.
It's good to have a peek into the storyline
HURRY UP WITH THE NEXT ONE DAMNIT.
But take your time so it's kickass.

ZombiexPanda Says:

Roger is the official nut-case at EHS at the moment. He's driving himself to the brink right now by trying to findout all the information he can find about EHS in an attempt to shut it down after he graduates. Assassins kill assassins after the higher ups determine that the to-be-killed assassin is not worth anything alive anymore, and he's covering his tracks. He's the stealth and agility over full out force kind of guy who uses any dirty trick in the book he can find to end a nuisance as soon as he can. As far as I can tell, Roger is the only 'evil' person at EHS so far. He'd be super easy to toss into the plotline, since he's almost everywhere in the school.

SaisCy Says:

*relieved sigh* Finally found time to read it..
It really is too awsome!! *bows out of respect for the awsomeness*
