I drew this when I was depressed one day. ;n;
I wanted the door to have some of the things I dislike about life, but it would have been too hard/weird to draw.. >_> So I just drew in chains... Yeah.
This piece ended up getting majorly smudged when I was sketching frames of an animation which I'll submit later...when it'll be much cleaner.. but yeah I like how it got smudged cuz that allowed me to make the highlighted areas.

Bah, I hate it when paper smudge like that. X_X I end up doing that all the bloody time because my hands are so low on my pencil that I just...accidentally brush against the paper. So my hand's all black by the time I finish drawing. LOL

Its very lucky that it happened to be smudged like that, as the affect you did with the shading really puts the full emotion you were feeling. To bad that feeling was depression
but its ok, everyone has to go through a slump. Just remember its the fall which makes the raise more enjoyable.
