Done in Pchat while talking to Paul. Had so much fun drawing this! Got inspired by Mel (yes another Mel. Yikes, eh?) and Sammy's Pokemon Ultimate webcomic. I decided to side with Team Rocket for kicks. Gotta catch 'em all!
