Still a bit skippy, and feels a bit floaty... is it supposed to be a balloon? A Tennis Ball? A Bowling Ball? Ask yourself these questions when you're animating something, consider the weight of what you're animating.
Anyways, try fbfing more. DOn't always rely on the computer to do the work for you.

that's actually not half bad. Good job with the shadow. I wasn't expecting that. ^^
The main issues with this animation are obviously with the way that it loops though... but the dropping and rising are good. ^^
