I got bored one day and just decided to draw somethin', and this is the first thing that came to my mind. I honestly donno if this how I feel about something goin' on in my life er somethin'. As I said, I just did it 'cause I was bored...

It's basically a doll(yes, I'm the doll), that's been lost and forgotten about in a dark area, such as a closet or under a bed. Most of us have had an item such as a stuffed animal that they've loved and said they'd treasure it forever, however, in the end, they grow up and eventually throw it to the side. This is basically an illustration of the other's point of view.
