Lauzza: ... *pokes Xanto with a stick*
This is the pilot of The Joy Pad, a comic I attempted back in 2005; unfortunately I never finished issue 2 - d'you know how much work went into THIS one?

I may resurrect JP as a sprite comic someday, though...
I would have liked to submit this as a SWF, but as it doesn't really qualify as an animation, and I'm not sure the Comic section accepts SWFs, I just went with plain ol' PNG. If you want a link to a SWF, though, I'd be more than happy to oblige (zooming up on the detail is awesome!

).
The Joy Pad is a block of apartments, built specially for gamers, although the building doesn't seem to like Playstation or Xbox fans very much (one past renter claimed his Xbox burst into flame

). The building has an interesting secret, which I won't divulge here.
Lauzza (lol me) is hunting for an apartment to rent, and has found the Joy Pad. Unfortunately, finding a dazed Xanto in the hallway might have put her off...
Bonus: Find the Nintendo intruder! (this one's easy)
The Joy Pad is copyright of Lauren Parker, and is not affiliated with Nintendo (or any other gaming company) in any way.

This is awesome, I look forward to Episode 2.
I also love the Game cube Controller coming down from the Y in the logo.

Yeah, it was a shame this didn't quite get off the ground.
But still a amazingly high-quality comic none-the-less. Great work!
