the picture is much to big for my scanner, so i had to take a picture with my crappy camera
I posted some art on the LJ comm Kawaii_nior and someone commented that i should go further..and try to do some more Trevor brown inspired stuff.
While most of my work is inspired by him, this has got to be the most inspired.
I thuroughly enjoyed drawing this, i llloooove drawing bruises and medical stuff its one of my most favourite things to draw. Medical/gore and lolita.
I felt really restrained when doing this because this is something i would really need paints for, to carry out its full potential.. pencil just doesnt cut it :( maybe someday. I cant afford paints (oil )
I dont really feel that its finished.. but im too frustraited to really do anything.. so its finished for now..

It mixes a bit of Audrey Kawasaki in there too.
This was really nicely done.
It screams Trevor to me, however, I'm not sure that's a good thing. I see no PolarisDoku.
Maybe I'm way too tired, as I just woke up, but this seems almost like fan art.
Albeit, wonderfully done and gorgeously rendered fanart, but still.
Hope you didn't find my comment offensive. I've just been seeing a lot of people taking their influences
completely into their artwork. And well, since it was your intent to draw from him, I guess my point is moot.
Aghh.
