Untitled Poem Number Infinity
Her thoughts grew easy,
As mindless as a bird's head
And just as high in the clouds.
Her thoughts grew beautiful
Without persuasion
Like a child with a pen in her hand.
Her thoughts grew big
And filled up her skull,
Broke out the windows of her eyes.
They spilled over the sides of her head,
They tangled her feet and dragged her
To the ground.
She laughed as the grit dug into her knees
She laughed as her thoughts
Filled up the room.
And she laughed her last breaths
As she drowned in the weight of her genius.
