If you are wondering what strange creature this might be I can answer your question by saying that I don't know. I believe it's some mix between Australian Aidho-Wedo snake and Baltic Slibinas dragon.
The main idea of this drawing was very simple - The main 7 headed dragon is wondering if it should add the albino one.
