That fairy is gorgeous ^^ You did an awesome job. Now it feels as though, that with the hazey sorta background, that you wanted it to look like there was a sorta of winter white-out going on. I think, maybe you could get a cloud brush and make it look like a frozen mist is kinda creeping forward from the bg. But then again this might make it look to busy ^^ I'd experiment with it to see it couldn't hurt! Great job!
Not bad...the anatomy of the fairy is really cool, and I like the Fantasia movie it came from.
I would've added a bit more contrast, though...not TOO much, so you could keep the hazy effect, but it's kind of hard to make out the different details the way it is.
