The legs don't look too short, unless you particularly wanted to give her long legs.
The pose is really cool, but I think to make a pose like that more dynamic, angle her shoulders as much as her hips in the opposite direction. So, I would have dropped her left shoulder a bit lower. It has to do with balance. But it really looks fine like that, it took me awhile to think of this, and probably only because I like exaggerating poses in my drawings.
