This Pokemon is one that I created by fusing several Pokemon. The name is derived from CERA (Greek for horn) and INCINERATE, so the name means something like incinerating horn, which I think fits due to the horn being on fire. This Pokemon comes before Sarcorch in evolution.
The body is from a Gastrodon/Toritoidon. The head is Wartortle's, and the horn comes from Heracross. The fire on the horn is from a Charmeleon's tail. The legs are Drowzee's, and the tail is Palkia/Parukia. The male has the fire on the back and the fire comes from Infernape/Goukazaru. I have no clue what I swiped the ears from. The colors are the same as Sarcorch.
