Monica--Harvester Witch

This is Monica, whose hair I love because I got it exactly the way I wanted it. Yay me! I also enjoy her hat. Props for her hat.
Monica is a witch who works at a place in MagiCity that's a cafe' on the surface, and below in the Alleys is a tavern for all the beasties that go bump in the night. The Alleys are a subcity, where all the malevolent magical beings preferred--or are forced--to reside. Malevolent beings such as vampires, werewolves, and all manner of hybrids, as well as dark elves and such. The surface is mainly occupied by fey, such as faeries, nymphs, naiads, draiads, you get the gist. Alleywayers rarely come to the surface to fraternize with the Topdwellers, and when they do, it either means something seriously bad is going down, or they're just looking for a hideout or something like that. They are often met with opposition and in some cases, fear.
Monica is a Harvester, which means she is a being of magical properties whose is overall at her strongest during the Harvest Moon

Anyways, witches and warlocks are most commonly the ones who are strongest at the Harvest moon, though it is not unheard of in other races.
Monica is also a part-time bounty hunter who occasionally drops a notice that she feels like hiring herself out as a personal bounty on the black market. She rarely accepts if someone comes to her with a proposition without such an invitation, but she may occasionally.
