Halfway to Anywhere

I did this yesterday when I was supposed to be working on other things. But the other things were frustrating me and this was easy and made me happy so I worked on it instead. Take that. I didn't even bother to fix any of the anatomy issues that I noticed in the sketch.

The title is from an Evanescence song--I dont know why but they always make me think of it when I draw them.

This is probably the first time I've drawn Angela in a not-anime way. It's actually hard to translate her into my style because I created her when my art was still very anime-ish and she had kind of anime hair with big chunky bangs and everything. It's hard to imagine her looking any different. And doesn't Seth's poofy hair make his head look big?

Sorry about the buckling in the paper that's visible. I tried hard to get it completely out when I scanned it but I'll probably have to store this one under some books for a while to get the paper flat again. I really need to start sizing the paper before I paint to keep that from happening. :\
