I told ya I'd draw her. This is my gift to GenoLover on Deviantart for getting me back into Cyborg 009. This is her 009 fan character 00V who has ghost like abilities, hence the little chibi ghost version of her. She would make a great addition to the OC Cyborg team but I'm not sure if she'd want to be part of it.
